Design-A Polly Hat helmets are a low cost solution to riding safely! The Polly Hat is a lightweight, streamlined and vented helmet. The dial a fit system allows the hat the be fitted to each individual. The three point adjustable harness and the dial fitting system allows for great flexibility. Your helmet will have internal padding which can be removed for washing.

Medical advise states that children under nine years of age do not have neck muscles that adequately support heavier helmets. Therefore, it may be appropriate for children under nine years of age to wear light weight helmets that comply with ASTM and SEI standards. The Polly Helmet in child's size weighs in at approx. 14 oz. and adult sizes weigh just under 1 pound.
