Shipping & Returns
So you decided you want to give us a try and order some items. We want to make that as easy as possible for you. We give you two great ways to buy all the items you want:
1. Use our cool shopping cart. You never used a shopping cart before? Give it a try, it's easy. It guides you step by step through the process. It is on a secure server so that you can feel safe in sending your information to us. Just use your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Please note that your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
2. Have questions, or just don't trust sending your credit card information over the secure server? Give us a call and we would be happy to chat with you. If you're looking at a particular item on our website, please mention the product id number for faster service.
SHIPPING TIMES WILL VARY.
Domestic shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your sale. Please see our Domestic Shipping chart. All products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international orders, will be shipped as FOB. This means that you pay actual shipping costs rather than our standard rates. Some large items are also marked FOB. FOB charges will not show at the time of order. We will e-mail you the FOB shipping cost for your approval. If you contact us to approve the shipping amount, we will charge the same credit card you used to place your order. If you do not wish to approve the shipping amount, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund to your credit card. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for the FOB charges.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
International shipping rates are based on the country in the delivery address. The Domestic Shipping chart does not apply to international shipments. The international shipping cost will show when you are placing your order. If the entire order does not fit inside one standard size box, we will ship additional boxes for $18.00 each. In that case, we will e-mail you for approval of the extra charge. If you are an international customer, please be sure to check your e-mail after your order is placed. If it does not fit into one box, we will not ship until we receive your authorization for the additional charges.
RETURNS - EXCHANGES - DISCREPANCIES
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for exchange or refund to your credit card. You will need to call or e-mail for a return authorization first. Once you receive your authorization number, you will need to return the items within 10 day to avoid restocking charges. We do not offer cash refunds. All shipping charges on ALL exchanges will be at the buyer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned or exchanged.
Please inspect your items and try them on (if applicable) immediately upon receipt. Items must be returned in new condition with a copy of the sales receipt and all packaging and tags in place. Used, dirty, full of animal hair, abused or incomplete items may not be returned. Items without original packaging and tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of horse hair and dirt. Please take the appropriate precautions. Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to: any items that offer custom options, bits and bottle goods.
Items purchased during special sales and may be exchanged for like items and the special pricing will be applied to the exchange items. Non-like exchanges will not carry over the special pricing (you cannot exchange boots at 20% off for a bridle and get the 20% off. The bridle will be the regular price).
